For 20 years, I worked in the insurance industry as both an adjuster and an agent. During that time, I had the privilege of helping people navigate important financial decisions and challenging situations. It was meaningful work, and it taught me the value of accuracy, integrity, and clear communication.

When my family relocated to the Minneapolis–St. Paul area, I planned to step into early retirement. I cherished the extra time with my daughter, but before long, I realized something was missing — I truly enjoy helping people succeed. As I reflected on what I wanted my next chapter to look like, I remembered how much I enjoyed bookkeeping in college. I began to see it not just as a skill, but as a way to serve business owners while building a life centered around both work and family.

After our first full year in Minnesota, I launched Archer Joseph Bookkeeping.

Today, I work with business owners who are passionate about what they do but don’t always love the financial side of running a business. I enjoy bringing clarity to the numbers, helping clients understand where they stand, and giving them confidence to move forward. While I meet face-to-face with local businesses throughout the Twin Cities, I also serve clients across the country through the flexibility and convenience of QuickBooks Online.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me exploring Minnesota with my wife, Jessica, and our daughter, Candace. We love the parks, the changing seasons, and the many outdoor activities the state has to offer. We’re also grateful to live near a vibrant city with wonderful theaters, sports, and restaurants.
